With training and support from the Director of Development, this position takes ownership of the day-to-day execution of fundraising events, routine communications, and development administration for First Tee – Pittsburgh. Working under the Director of Development, the employee turns approved plans into organized, timely activities that support sponsors, donors, participants, and community partners. The position also works with the President & CEO on grant coordination, research, documentation, and assigned application and report
drafting.

The Manager of Golf Operations works directly with the Assistant Managers of Golf Operations and the Facilities Director to further the mission of First Tee Pittsburgh.  He/She will ensure the Golf Operations staff provides “best in class” customer service while creating and executing initiatives that drive the financial success of the Bob O’Connor Golf Course and Arnold Palmer Learning Center.
