Interested in renting space? Here’s the process:

  1. Click the button above to fill out a Rental Request Application.
  2. Once we review it, we will email you regarding availability and price.
  3. If you would like to reserve the space, we will then email you a Rental Agreement to sign and return -AND- an invoice for the required 50% deposit.
  4. Final payment will be due within 1 week of the conclusion of the event. Cash, checks, or credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

Liability Insurance

Renters may be required to provide a certificate of liability insurance with First Tee – Pittsburgh listed as additional insured. This certificate can be easily obtained from your insurance agent. Many homeowner policies include this type of coverage. If you do not have this type of coverage included in your policy, you can purchase liability insurance from us for only $100.

If you plan to serve alcohol (beer, wine, liquor), you MUST provide proof of $1,000,000 general liability insurance and $1,000,000 liquor liability insurance with First Tee – Pittsburgh listed as additional insured. If you do not have this type of coverage, you can purchase it from us for only $100.

Catering and other Event Vendors

Please note, you may use your own caterer or party supply company if you’d like. However, we recommend the following:

Also, if you plan to set up a bar to serve alcohol at your event, in addition to the insurance requirements listed above, you must have a certified bartender that will make sure nobody is “over-served”. This policy is in place to protect both us and you. Please contact Total Bartending or Ace Bartenders if you need a certified and insured bartender.

Pittsburgh Brewing Conference Room (2nd floor) – approximately 675 square feet – Seats 24 in the above configuration – Includes access to our 1,000+ square foot outdoor balcony, private bathrooms, free wi-fi, a classroom style white board, and a 75″ internet connected monitor with HDMI inputs, and access to our first floor Warming Kitchen.

Pittsburgh Brewing Conference Room (2nd floor) – approximately 675 square feet – Seats 16 in the above configuration – Includes access to our 1,000+ square foot outdoor balcony, private bathrooms, free wi-fi, a classroom style white board, and a 75″ internet connected monitor with HDMI inputs, and access to our first floor Warming Kitchen.

Rents for $175 plus tax per hour, $450 plus tax for a Half Day (up to 4 hrs), $700 plus tax for a Full Day (up to 7 hrs)

Pittsburgh Brewing Conference Room (2nd floor) – approximately 675 square feet – Seats 24-28 in the above configuration – Includes access to our 1,000+ square foot outdoor balcony, private bathrooms, free wi-fi, a classroom style white board, and a 75″ internet connected monitor with HDMI inputs, and access to our first floor Warming Kitchen. This room, with this set-up, is perfect for small weddings and dinner parties.

Outside Balcony ONLY (2nd floor) – Includes access to our first floor Warming Kitchen.

Rents for $75 plus tax per hour, $175 plus tax for a Half Day (up to 4 hrs), $300 plus tax for a Full Day (up to 7 hrs)

Babcock Family Classroom (1st floor) – approximately 775 square feet – Seats 24 in the above configuration – Includes access to our warming kitchen, free wi-fi, a classroom style white board, and a 75″ internet connected monitor with HDMI inputs.

Rents for $150 plus tax per hour, $350 plus tax for a Half Day (up to 4 hrs), $600 plus tax for a Full Day (up to 7 hrs)

Pricing includes access to our Warming Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, warming drawer, coffee machines (including a Keurig), sink, and dishwasher as shown below.

Trackman Simulators in the Steve Burke Program Room (Ground floor) – Team Building rentals include a Trackman Operator to assist with play, free wi-fi, a classroom style white board, and a 50″ internet connected monitor with HDMI inputs and a digital antenna for local broadcast channels.

Rents for $120 plus tax per hour, $280 plus tax for a Half Day (up to 4 hrs), $450 plus tax for a Full Day (up to 7 hrs)

Steve Burke Program Room (Ground floor) – Includes 2 Trackman Simulators, a Trackman Operator to assist with play, a 1,100 square foot artificial putting green, a 575 square foot fitness area, free wi-fi, a classroom style white board, and a 50″ internet connected monitor with HDMI inputs and a digital antenna for local broadcast channels.

Rents for $175 plus tax per hour, $450 plus tax for a Half Day (up to 4 hrs), $700 plus tax for a Full Day (up to 7 hrs)

Arnold Palmer Learning Center – Rent the entire building, including the 3-hole Palmer Loop

Rents for $1,250 plus tax for a Half Day (up to 4 hrs), $1,750 plus tax for a Full Day (up to 7 hrs)

Pricing doesn’t include a possible $100-$250 cleaning fee. 

However, pricing does include use of our 3-hole Palmer Loop as shown below.
