Richard Andrew “Andy” Hay was born on July 7, 1977.   Andy was a 1996 graduate of North Catholic High School and he then graduated from Campbell University in North Carolina in 2000 where he had a Division I golf scholarship. He was a terrific amateur golfer who competed in Western Pennsylvania State and National events. He was also an accomplished hockey player in his youth at North Catholic and with the amateur Penguins.  Andy was a sweet man with never a harsh word or thought for anyone.   Sadly, Andy passed away in 2014.  He was living in Ohio Township at the time.  He was loved by so many and will be sorely missed.

Andy is the son of Richard Hay and Judith Mehaffey Hay. His sister’s name is Katherine Hay Lovett and and his brother-in-law is named Rob Lovett.  Andy is also the cherished uncle of Maggie, Robbie and Luke Lovett.  He will also be sorely missed by his three uncles, aunts and many cousins.
