Played on a walker-friendly 6-hole loop that is only 1.2 miles of total walking. No motorized carts, sorry. Tee-Times available between 7:30pm and 8:30pm

Registration / Happy Hour begins at 6:30pm

We're looking for Corporate / Business Foursomes, Hole Sponsors, and regular foursomes to seed the Sto-Rox golf program by supporting our GLOW Golf fundraiser. The First Tee of Pittsburgh is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization and your donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. As you may already know, the kids of Sto-Rox don't have many choices when it comes to activities. When kids don't have organized activities to do, they find other things to do, and that's when they get into trouble. Partner with us to give the kids of Sto-Rox some options and help us teach them about RESPECT, HONESTY, RESPONSIBILITY, GOAL-SETTING, and more while they learn to play the incredible game of golf in a 18-week after-school program that is held November thru March at our Pleasant Ridge facility in Stowe Township.

This event is ADULTS ONLY, Under 21 not permitted.

Format

The format for this event is CO-ED SCRAMBLE on a walker-friendly 6-hole loop using only 3 clubs per person. No drivers or 3-woods permitted. We suggest a 5-wood or Hybrid paired with a Wedge and a Putter. RgA Rules for SCRAMBLES will govern all play - Players should mark the spot of the ball that they choose to play. Then, each player may place their ball within one club length of the marked spot, no closer to the hole. You MAY change your cut of grass, and/or move it out of water or from Out of Bounds, if it is close enough. However, you may NOT move it out of bunkers, but you may move it one club-length in the bunker and give yourself a perfect lie. Please email Paul Coultas at [email protected] for more information.
